烧结环冷余热补燃高炉煤气发电的可行性分析

摘    要:国内烧结余热发电大多为纯余热发电技术,仅仅回收环冷机前两段的废气显热.为了深化余热利用程度,增加余热回收总量,提高系统效率,通过补燃厂区内可调节的高炉煤气,可回收环冷机前三段余热进行发电.

Abstract:Domestic sintering waste heat power generation is mostly waste heat power generation technology.It only recovers waste gas sensible heat in the first two stages of the circulating cooler.In order to deepen the level of waste heat utilization,increase the total amount of waste heat recovery and improve system efficiency,the waste heat in the first three stages of the circulating cooler can be recovered to generate electricity by after-burning adjustable blast furnace gas in the plant.
