| 摘 要： | 根据JJG178—2007《紫外、可见、近红外分光光度计检定规程》对分光光度计测量结果不确定度进行了评定。对分光光度计检定过程中不确定度的来源进行了分析，对分光光度计校准过程的透射比示值误差测量结果的不确定度和波长示值误差测量结果的不确定度进行了评定，给出了评定方法、步骤及结果，本文有别于目前期刊上发表的分光光度计不确定度的评定主要在于透射比不确定度评定结果是相对标准不确定度，这样更能反映实际情况，从而使评定更为客观、准确。

| Abstract: | According to JJG 178-2007 Ultravielet,Visible,Near-Infrared Spectrophotometers certification procedures, the uncertainty of the spectrophotometer measurements was evaluated, The sources of uncertainty in the process of the spectrophotometer certification are analyzed, The uncertainty for the error measurement results of transmission percentage and wavelength of spectrophotometer were evaluated, and the methods , steps and results of evaluation were also introduced The evaluation results are more objective and accurate. |
