| Abstract: | The winter study movement in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region during the period of anti-Japa-nese war , was a successful attempt of the Chinese Communist Party in the culture and education construction , and what’s more, it was actually a very fruitful adult education , which played an important role in promoting the people＇s political and cultural level , and made a contribution to the development of the construction of the border region. |
