摘    要:讨论了IC芯片粘片机的引线框架直线间歇式供送机构和空间凸轮的工作原理。利用空间凸轮在xy平面和z方向的轮廓曲线变化,控制从动零件实现预定的运动规律。将空间凸轮与从动件接触的结构设计成双边斜面,利用两斜面的作用使分叉的腕支架能够在斜面两侧和z方向受到凸轮的合力作用。另外,腕支架可以绕自身几何中心轴转动,自动调整接触轮同凸轮的接触状态,以适应空间凸轮斜面轮廓的圆周运动。将凸轮坯料安装在立式数控铣床zy工作台面,只用三轴联动的方式,便能加工出空间凸轮轮廓。该机构能使勾爪实现空间切入、直线进给、侧向定位、微量回程、空间退出和返程的循环动作。

Abstract:It was discussed the leadframe driving structure moving along line intermittently, especially the principle of the 3D cam in the designed die bonder. The driving part was controlled to fulfill scheduled moving rules by curves of the 3D cam contour in XY plane and Z direction. The contact structure was designed as two side slopes where contacted with the moving part of the 3D cam, by which the branched wrist rack could be forced by the two slopes and Z direction. In addition, the branched wrist rack could rotate around its geometrical center axis, adjusting the contact state between the rollers and the cam contour automatically,so as to suit the turning movement of slope contour of the 3D cam. In the machining process, the cam blank was installed on the XY working platform of a NC milling machine,and the contour of the 3D cam could be machined. The conveyor system can make the indexing claw insert the leadframe, move forward, locate laterally, move back slight, exit from the leadframe, and return to the start point in a circulation manner.
