| Abstract: | As a real record of scientific research in colleges and universities,full and complete archives on scientific research project reflect their soft power.With the continuous renewal of carriers and forms of archives in information era,preservation and management cost is increasing.Thus it is necessary to improve informatization,networked management skill and change traditional management mode to improve management efficiency of archives on scientific research projects in colleges and universities. |
