摘    要:用特制的光偶探头测得了气泡及乳化相沿流化床浸入水平单管或管束圆管周向的贴壁时间分布.实验中所用粒子为空心刚玉(Al2O3)球,管束采用双排.试验研究了管径、间距对气泡行为的影响.用统计的方法整理出粒子群的贴壁时间和气泡的贴壁时间比率,回归出经验公式.并用其解释了单管局部换热系数沿周向的变化特性.

Abstract:The time distribution of bubble and emulsion phase sticking to the wall along the circumference of horizontal single pipe or pipe bundle dipped into the fluidized bed is determined by a specially made photocouple probe. The particles used in experiment are hollow corundum (Al2O3) balls and pipe bundle is crossed. The influences of pipes caliber and space lenth on the behaviors of bubbles are studied. This paper also statistically systematizes the ratio of the time of particals sticking to the wall to that of the bubbles, and regresses the empirical fomula which are used to analyse the changing characters of local coefficient of heat transfer along the circumference of single pipe.
