喷雾干燥塔的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:讨论喷雾干燥塔的计算机辅助设计方法,将雾滴运动过程进行分区计算,在湍流区和层流区,给出计算塔径和塔高的直接积分公式;在过渡流区,用数值积区。该方法可方便地应用于喷雾干燥塔的设计计算,精度高,计算量小。计算结果表明,在过渡流区积分步长对计算精度影响较大。

Abstract:The computer\|aided design method of spray drying tower is discussed in this paper. The droplet moving process is divided into different regions, in turbulent and laminar flow regions, the direct integral formulas for calculating diameter and height of tower are given, and in transition flow region, the numerical integration is used. It can be conveniently used to design spray drying tower with higher accuracy and less calculation. The calculation results show that, in transition flow region, the calculating accuracy is much affected by integral step size.
