| 摘 要： | 本文基于C#语言,在分析短消息收发原理及涉及的相关技术基础上,讨论了基于C#的短消息发送与接收功能的具体实现,给出了可快速双向信息流通的中小企业短消息平台模型。实际应用表明该模型投入少,对企业信息化作用大。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the theory of information receiving and sending in SMS and the technology involved, discusses the implementation based on C# , and presents the Model of the Short Message Service (SMS) platform for small and medium enterprises. The result shows that this model needs little investment, and has good effect on enterprises' digitalization. |
