| 摘 要： | 为了进一步完善水库大坝风险评估体系,分析比较了国内外溃坝生命损失计算经验公式的局限性,在前人研究的基础上,对我国风险人口死亡率值作了一定的调整,提出了适合我国溃坝生命损失估算的经验公式。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the risk assessment system of reservoir dam, it analyses different methods to esti- mate the loss of life in dam failure at home and abroad in this paper. Based on the previous studies, the value of mortality of risk people is adjusted in China, and an empirical formula to estimate the loss of life in dam failure is put forward, which is suitable for China. |
