| 摘 要： | 面对专科生就业难的现实，我们通过正确的社会人才市场调查与预则，分析就业趋势，开拓、创新、务实的工作，使2001年我校应届毕业生就业率达到97％。通过此项工作的总结，我们逐渐摸索出提高专科生就业率及如何在校对其进行培养的途径。

| Abstract: | Facing with so much difficult employment situation for the college students,the author makes an investigation and anticipation about the talent market and precisely does some research about the employment tendency.With the consistent efforts and contributions made by the staff,the rate of the employment for the graduating students in 2001 reaches 97%.Only through keeping forging ahead,blazing new trails and treating the problems in a practical way can the successes be made.The paper tries to explore the ways on how to improve the rate of employment and how to cultivate students while they are in college. |
