| 摘 要： | 温度控制是肉食品工厂腌制工艺的关键,常常运用PID控制技术对大型腌制库的库温实施调节。通过对Ziegler-Nichols阶跃响应法、局部模板匹配法及2自由度PID控制法进行MATLAB的模拟测试,表明单独使用这些方法并不能得到良好的控制效果,而把Ziegler-Nichols局部模板匹配法及2自由度PID控制法结合起来的复合PID控制法加上控制回路系统能够得到无超调、整定时间短及系统特性变化响应性良好的控制系统。

| Abstract: | Temperature control is the key point of curing process in meat factory. Usually PID control techniqual is used to regulate the temperature of large curing room. Carrying out a MATLAB simulation through the Ziegler-Nichols step response method ,partial template matching method and the 2-DOF PID control method showing that it can not get a good control system using these methods alone.while using the complex PID control method and control loop system by the combination of Ziegler-Nichols partial template method and 2-DOF PID control method,we can get a good PID control system with no overshoot,short tuning time and a good respond to the changes of system characteristics. |
