| 摘 要： | 长期以来，我国区域规划一般习惯于使用定性分析的方法，而定量分析则较少.虽已有人将数学规划和系统方法引入区域规划进行定量分析，但远未普及.因此，试图以模糊理论为指导，找到一种新的定量分析方法，将之应用于区域规划的实践之中，并预测了其应用前景.

| Abstract: | The qualitative method is used in regional planning for the habitual practice over a long period of time. Guiding by the fuzzy theory a new method of quantity analysis is pointed out and applied into the regional planning. The prospect of the method is forecasted too. |
