FW型W火焰锅炉侧墙严重结渣原因探析

摘    要:通过对某电厂FW型W火焰锅炉近壁面区域烟气温度场和流场测试,认为侧墙和翼墙卫燃带严重结渣为烟气流的冲刷所致。据此,提出了适当关小最靠侧边下挡板的开度,减弱二次风的引射作用,有效降低侧墙和翼墙的贴壁烟气流动的运行措施。实际运行结果表明,这两个部位的结渣有所减缓,效果较为明显。

Abstract:Through test of the temperature field and the flow field for flue gas in the region nearby the surface of side-walls in a FW type W-shaped flame boiler of one power plant,it is believed that the causes resulting in serious slagging on the ignition belt of side-walls was due to scouring effect of the flue gas.Based on this,operational measures for alleviating the slagging tendency on side-walls have been put forward.
