摘    要:三聚氰胺装置超滤系统的滞留液加热器投入运行后频繁堵塞,经常造成高压废水处理工段断料,使系统大幅波动。经过研究、分析、试验,对换热器进行改造。在增加一个螺旋板式换热器后,发现其更适合滞留液的输送,运行十分稳定,没有再次发生堵塞的现象,基本解决了问题。

To analyse the cause of residence liquid heater jamming in the melamine plant

Abstract:The residence liquid heater of ultrafiltration system always jamming when it had been run into operation in the melamine plant, and cause the high-pressure wastewater treatment section break off, lead to the system disturbance. After investigation, analysis, a trial of change the heat exchanger mode, we found that the spiral heat exchanger is more suitable for the translation of residence liquid, it makes the operation more stable, the jamming didn't occurred any more. So, it can solve the problem completely.
