淀粉与脲醛树脂复合胶粘剂的制备与性能研究

摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、硼砂、玉米淀粉、次氯酸钠、亚硫酸钠和纳米高岭土等为主要原料,制备淀粉胶粘剂;然后以常温固化的UF(脲醛树脂)作为淀粉胶粘剂的交联改性剂,制备UF/淀粉复合胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当w(PVA)=10%、m(硼砂)∶m(干淀粉)=12.5∶30、w(纳米高岭土)=2%和m(淀粉胶)∶m(UF胶)=5∶5时,相应复合胶粘剂的综合性能(包括流动性、耐水性和干湿胶接强度)相对最佳。

Abstract:With polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),borax,corn starch,sodium hypochlorite,sodium sulfite and nano-kaolin as main raw materials,a starch adhesive was prepared.Then an UF/starch composite adhesive was made with UF(urea-formaldehyde resin) at room temperature curing as crosslinker modifier of starch adhesive.The research results showed that the corresponding composite adhesive had optimal combination property(including fluidity,water resistance,dry-bonding strength and wet-bonding strength) when mass fractions of PVA and nano-kaolin were 10% and 2% respectively,mass ratios of m(borax)∶m(dry starch) and m(starch adhesive)∶m(UF adhesive) were 12.5∶30 and 5∶5 respectively.
