| 摘 要： | 本文论述了用激光照射CCD探测器时的饱和特性 ,并通过实验测出了四种不同波长的激光对CCD的饱和阈值。结果表明 :光电探测器的饱和阈值与其光谱响应度和入射光波长有关。最后 ,对所得结果进行了讨论

| Abstract: | In this paper,we studied laser induced saturation of CCD detectors.Through measuring threshold saturation at four different wave length lasers,we showed that saturation threshold of photoelectric detectors is related to its sensitivity and the wavelength of incident light.In the final part,we discussed the conclusion. |
