分压组合式装药长延期机构燃烧机理研究

摘    要:本文主要讨论分压组合式长延期机构的燃烧机理.根据不同装药形式(传统式装药和分压组合式装药)的延期机构燃烧试验,建立了一维稳定燃烧温度模型.研究表明:传统式装药在特定的条件下呈弧面波形逐层推进燃烧,在靠近管壁处会出现药剂燃烧不完全或燃烧中断现象.分压组合式装药的燃烧波以非常接近平面波的方式逐层传播,燃烧过程稳定,燃烧速度均匀,延期时间精度准确,燃烧传播的可靠性较高.

Abstract:The paper mainly dealt with the combustion mechanism of the combined long-time delay element. The 4-zone burning models were set up according to test result of traditional press-loading process and pills-loading process respectively. In some specific conditions, combustion of press-loading process might be not full or interrupted in non-heat-insulated pipe. The combustion in the combined pills propagates nearly in plane wave, so the combustion is steady, the burning rate is uniform, and reliability of combustion propagation is higher.
