基于转向柱试验标准的试验台转向柱支架设计

摘    要:疲劳强度试验是研究转向系统中转向柱支架的主要手段之一,由于转向柱支架在各个车型上的结构形式多样,并无相关试验标准作为试验的依据.遵循成熟的转向柱试验准则进行台架设计,提出了转向柱支架的试验标准.设计了一个在受力意义上与转向柱总成等效的载荷输入替代件,试验结果表明,试验台架的精度符合设计要求.

Abstract:Fatigue strength test is one of the primary means of studying steering column bracket in the steering system. For various forms of the steering column bracket structure models, there is no definite test standard for a test. To follow mature steering column test criteria for the design bench, the steering column bracket test standards was proposed. A replacement part of equivalent load input of the steering column assembly in sense of force was designed, the result shows that the accuracy of test bench is coincident with the design requirements.
