船舶电控柴油机机旁监控信息化系统设计

摘    要:在对国内外船舶柴油机监控系统的功能、特点进行分析的基础上,对船舶电控柴油机机旁监控信息化系统进行了设计,并对电控柴油机现场的各种转速、温度及压力等信号实时监控.系统采用CAN总线协议的通讯方式,保证了数据传输的可靠性和准确性.利用CANoe软件对系统进行仿真测试结果表明,设计的系统可准确、实时、有效地监控发动机的运行工况.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the function and characteristics of marine diesel engine monitoring systems at home and abroad, a marine diesel engine machine-side monitoring information system was designed. The system is mainly used for real-time monitoring of electronic control diesel engine field with various speeds, temperatures and pressure signals. The CAN bus protocol communication mode was adopted in order to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data transmission. The system simulation and test by CANoe software shows that the system designed can realize an real-time, accurate and effective monitoring for engine operating conditions.
