摘    要:基于能量平衡方程,考虑高斯光束分布,建立了CO2激光切割高吸收率非金属材料的解析模型。理论分析和试验结果表明切割深度随着切割速度的减小而增加,随着激光功率的增加而增大。该模型适合12mm以下薄板切割和12~20mm较厚板的大功率(>400W)高速(>1.0m/min)切割。经过模型修正后,也可适合厚板(>20mm)切割。

Abstract:A theoretical model of CO2 laser cutting non-metal materials is built up based on energy balance equation in view of gauss beam distribution.Theoretical analysis and experimental results all indicate that cutting depth is increasing with the decreasing of cutting speed and increasing of laser power.This model is applicable to the cutting of thin board with thickness below 12mm and relatively thick board from12 to 20mm with high power above 400W and high speed above 1.0m/min.The model can be applied to cutting thick board after modification.
