| 摘 要： | 为了解决四川须家河组复杂地质条件下机械钻速慢、进尺少、井塌等事故发生率高等问题，在分析该地层岩层特性的基础上，针对龙17井岩样进行了岩石力学性能分析，并在此基础上开展了3种不同齿形与须家河组地层特性岩石接触的有限元仿真研究，得到了各齿形压入速度、压入深度和破碎体积随时间的变化曲线，为须家河地层钻头的设计提供了理论依据。研究成果有利于提高该层位的机械钻速，降低事故发生率，以加快该地区石油天然气勘探开发的速度。 |

| Abstract: | There are many problems when drilling in the complex stratum formation in Xujiahe, Sichuan province, such as low rate of penetration, borehole collapse, high accident frequency, short bit life, and so on. To solve the problems, the characteristic of the said formation has been thoroughly studied in this paper. With some rock samples of well Long No. 17, the mechanical parameter of the rock has been tested. Based on the mechanical parameters, the contact analysis between the rock and three different tooth types has been taken out by computer simulation method. The result will be favorable to increase the exploration speed in the formation area. |
