摘    要:以IR2130芯片作为电机驱动器,实现了1套完整的无刷直流电动机驱动及保护方案.由于IR2130是功率MOS器件栅极驱动型集成电路,因此简化驱动电路设计的同时提高了系统的可靠性.此外,还包括了欠压保护、过流保护等保护功能.实践证明,此方案简单可靠且成本低,实用价值高.

A Drive and Protect Circuits' Design of Brushless DC Motor
Abstract:An integrated drive and protect circuits' design of brushless DC motor is presented.The chip IR2130 is used as the driving controller.The drive circuit of power MOSFETs is simplified and the stabilization of the system is en- hanced attributed to the integration capability of this chip.Also protect circuits against low battery voltage,over current are included.The design is practical as its stabilization and its low cost.
