摘    要:近几年制氢转化炉炉管经常出现失效现象 ,为了弄清失效原因 ,利用宏观检验和显微分析、炉管金相组织分析和管内外表面腐蚀产物分析等方法 ,对制氢转化炉炉管失效原因进行了综合分析和研究。研究结果表明 :制氢转化炉炉管失效主要是由于材料发生碳化物析出和蠕变所造成

Abstract:Tube failures of frequently occur in the steam reformers in the past several years. In order to find out the causes of the failure, an extensive analysis and study have been made through macro testing and micro analysis, metallurgraphic analysis and analysis of corrosion products on the internal and external walls of the tubes. The results show that the tube failures are mainly caused by the separation of carbide and creep deformation.
