| 摘 要： | 根据单辊破碎机的工况条件，研制出了新型材质多元高合金超强铸造耐磨钢，解决了破碎机铲牙和篦条易磨损的问题。采用新材质后，铲牙寿命由原来的10天提高到了90天，烧结机作业率由90％提高到96％。

| Abstract: | According to the working conditions of sinter breaker,a new type cast anti-friction alloy steel was developed.Using it replace the high manganese steel as the breaker bar and relieving tooth,their lifetime were extend and the operating rate was increased from 90% to 96%. |
