电磁继电器簧片反力特性的通用计算方法

摘    要:首先基于变形能法,对簧片柔度进行计算,然后在此基础上得到一种可求解任意形状触簧系统反力特性的通用计算方法.采用该方法对某型号电磁继电器的反力特性进行了计算,并以反力特性测试装置对该继电器反力特性进行了测试.结果表明,本文所给出通用计算方法的精度可满足工程应用要求.

Abstract:First of all, spring compliance was work out based on deformation energy method, then a universal calculation method that can calculate spring force characteristic of any shape spring system was present. To prove the validity of the universal method, spring force characteristic of a certain electromagnetic relay was calculated by the method, and the real spring force characteristic was tested with a testing equipment. The comparison result indicates that universal calculation method can meet the precision requirement for engineering application.
