MM-SPS制备CoSb3及其热电性能研究

摘    要:为了研究不同球磨时间对CoSb3热电性能的影响,采用高能球磨(MM)和放电等离子烧结法(SPS)制备了CoSb3块体,用X射线衍射仪分析了样品的相组成,并用电常数测试仪和激光热导仪测试了样品的热电性能。试验结果表明,球磨时间为2~20 h的粉末经烧结后都可得到单相的CoSb3块体,所得样品具有典型的半导体电学特征,多数样品在测试温度下的热电优值ZT大小相近,并在300~400℃有较大值,其中最大值为球磨5h的样品在400℃时的0.057 1。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of milling time on thermoelectric properties,bulk CoSb3 were prepared by high energy ball milling and spark plasma sintering(MM-SPS).The phases of samples were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and their thermoelectric properties were tested by electric constant instrument and laser thermal conductivity instrument.Experimental results show that bulk CoSb3 with single phase can be sintered from different powders milled for 2~20 h.The sintered CoSb3 samples have the characteristic of typical semiconductor electricity and most of them have the close ZT values at the tested temperatures,and have higher values at 300~400 ℃,the maximum is 0.057 1 which is sintered from the powder milled for 5h.
