摘    要:采用PVA生物处理工艺处理某印染废水,研究了PVA生物处理工艺的启动过程,考察了印染废水的处理效果和污泥减量效果.初步探讨了该工艺高效处理污染物的原因。试验结果表明:启动22d后PVA工艺的容积负荷可达到并稳定在1.0kg[CODCr]/(m3·d),CODCr去除率稳定在90%以上,经过60d的运行,PVA工艺的容积负荷提高至2.2kg[CODCr]/(m3·d),废水CODCr的质量浓度降到200mg/L以下,色度降至40倍以下,运行过程中此工艺的污泥产率为0.083kg[MLSS]/kg[CODCr],具有良好的污泥减量效果。PVA小球表面和内部微孔富集大量的微生物.这是此工艺能够高负荷运行的根本原因。

Abstract:Using PVA biological technology to treat printing and dyeing wastewater from a plant, the start-up process of it was studied. The effect of wastewater treatment and sludge reduction were investigated, and then, the reasons that the said technology got high efficiency for pollutants removal were preliminarily discussed. The test results showed that, the volume loading of PVA technology reached 1.0 kg[CODCr]/(m3·d) and was remained stable, the removal rate of CODCr was maintained at above 90% at the 22,~,j day after the system start-up. Through a 60-d operation, the volume loading of PVA technology increased to 2.2 kg[COD6]/(m3·d), the mass concentration of CODCr and chroma of the wastewater decreased to lower than 200 mg/L and 40 times respectively. During the operation, the sludge yield of the said technology was 0.083 kg[MLSS]/kg[CODCr], the sludge reduction effect was good. The abundant microorganisms gathering at surface and inside of the PVA ball were pointed out to be the reason why the said technology could operate at high volume loading.
