摘    要:采用活性污泥法-生物接触氧化组合工艺处理制革废水,在活性污泥池、生物接触氧化池的HRT分别为48、36 h的条件下,当原水CODCr、NH3-N、TN的质量浓度分别为600~1 400、80~250、120~300 mg/L,色度为300~400度时,处理后出水CODCr、NH3-N、TN的质量浓度分别为120~220、0~8、70~220 mg/L,色度为100~120度,满足当地纳污管网的要求。试验结果表明,活性污泥法-生物接触氧化两级好氧生物处理工艺能够有效去除制革废水中的NH3-N,具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:A combined process of activated sludge-biological contact oxidation was used to treat tannery wastewater. Under the condition that, the HRT of activated sludge tank and biological contact oxidation tank were 48 and 36 h respectively, the mass concentrations of CODer, NH3-N and TN in the raw water were 600 - 1400, 80 - 250 and 120 - 300 mg/L respectively, the chroma was 300 - 400 degree, the corresponding indexes of the effluent water reached 120 - 220, 0 - 8, 70 - 220 mg/L and 100 - 120 degree respectively, which met the requirement of local sewage pipe network. The results of the test showed that, the two-stage aerobic biological treatment process of activated sludge-biological contact oxidation could effectively remove the NH3-N in tannery wastewater, which had a good application prospect.
