摘    要:介绍了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)残渣的国内外处理情况,提出了利用超临界水氧化技术对PTA残渣进行无害化处理,同时可以回收利用超临界水氧化处理PTA残渣过程中放出的热能,实现PTA残渣的资源化利用,并分析了超临界水氧化技术存在的腐蚀和盐沉积问题。

Abstract:The present situations of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) dregs treatment in China and abroad were introduced, it was pointed out that, using supercritical water oxidation(SCWO) process to treat PTA dregs, the products was harmless, and the heat released during the treatment process could be recycled, which realized the resource utilization of PTA dregs. Besides, the problems of corrosion and salt deposition existing in the SCWO process were analyzed.
