摘    要:Shell煤气化装置是通过控制氧煤比来控制气化炉炉膛温度和合成气组分,煤粉管线的稳定对装置长周期安全运行起到关键作用。分析探讨了煤粉管线在施工阶段、原始开车前的煤循环期间以及原始开车投煤过程中存在的问题和原因,提出并采取了相应的技改措施,结果表明,开车后煤粉管线和烧嘴系统运行比较稳定。

Abstract:The temperature in chamber of gasifier and the constituents of synthetic gas were controlled by oxygen/coal ratio for the Shell coal gasification plant; the stability of pulverized coal pipeline played a critical role on the long-term and safety operation of the plant. Author has analyzed and discussed the existing problems and their reason during construction stage of the pulverized coal pipeline and during coal powder circulation before originally starting-up and in the process putting eoal into originally starting-up , and has presented and adopted the appropriate technical reformation measures, the result indicates that the operation is relatively stabile for the pulverized coal pipeline and burner system after starting-up.
