摘    要:在实际工程中,由于测试环境和成本因素,不可能对结构每个点的响应进行测量和监控。通过结构模态分析,利用一些可测点的响应来确定不可测点或其他点的响应具有很重要的理论意义和实际价值。本文以涡轮增压器为研究对象,提出了基于注油孔与压缩端传递导纳的压缩端响应的测量方法,通过对涡轮增压器进行实验模态分析,获得系统的频响函数和注油孔与压缩端之间的传递导纳。利用注油孔的振动响应与上述模态试验中获得的传递导纳,可以确定压缩端的振动响应。结果表明:利用该方法得到的结果不论在频域还是时域都和实测结果相吻合。

Abstract:Due to the limitation of environments and costs of measurement,it is impossible to measure and monitor the response of every channel of a mechanical structure in practical engineering.Thus,it is of theoretical and practical importance to determine the responses of some points using the measured responses of some other points of the structure by means of modal analysis.In this paper,a turbocharger is studied and a method for determining the compressor's housing vibration response using the vibration response of the center housing and the transmissibility function is proposed.The transmissibility function between the compressor's housing and the center housing is obtained by experimental modal analysis.It is shown that the computation results can match the measured results both in time and frequency domains.
