高压输电线路长距离全过程空中架线工艺

摘    要:结合三板溪水电站500 kV送出工程第1标段架线施工,通过对高压输电线路各种空中架线工艺的对比分析,设计并首次采用了“动力伞展放初导绳、一牵三绕塔及动滑车钻塔全过程空中架线方案”。在全标段54.755 km的架线施工中取得明显效果,已基本接近常规施工方法0.6 km/d的施工工效,达到了保护环境、保证工期的目的,为今后高森林覆盖率山区的高压输电线路长距离全过程架线施工提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:Based on comparing with the domestic various stringing technique,the complete process air stringing plan of using dynamic umbrella to stringing the leading rope,one-draw three-wind the tower and moving pulley bore tower is designed and first adopted on 500 kV transmission lines stringing construction in San Banxi Hydroelectric Power Substation.The length of this line is 54.755 km and the work efficiency is almost equal to the result of general construction method of 0.6 km/d.This kind of stringing plan reaches the aim of environment protection and construction time guarantee,and provides a new method for future long distance complete process air stringing in heavy forest mountain.
