| 摘 要： | 通过对青狮潭水库在“98.6”特大洪水中的防洪调度分析 ,总结经验 ,提出青狮潭水库要抓好除险加固工作 ,重建水库水情自动测报系统 ,尽快建设水库洪水调度系统 ,并加强水库河库联合调度的洪水预报调度研究 ,才能充分发挥其防洪减灾的作用

| Abstract: | By analyzing the Qingshitan reservoir's “98.6” flood dispatch, the authors pointed out that for the Qingshitan reservoir we should do well of eliminating dangers and strengthening, rebuild automatic reservoir water situation surveying and reporting system, construct reservoir flood dispatch system, strengthen reservoir and river flood forecast and unify dispatch study, and so may make full the disaster prevention/reduction function. |
