| 摘 要： | 分析了连铸坯热装对加热炉热效率的影响，并提出了热效率与热装温度、生产率、炉气温度诸因素的计算式，理论计算值与实际生产统计值相符。理论分析有利于进一步降低热装坯的燃耗。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the effect of hot charging on slab heating furnace's efficiency,and puts forward the formula containing heat efficiency and the temperature of hot slab,the productivity of the furnace,the temperature of waste gas.The theoretical computation value accords with practical statistics.The theoretical analysis will be further favourable to reduce energy consumption of hot slab. |
