短路过渡GMAW系统动态过程参数的研究

摘    要:从全系统的角度研究了短路过渡GMAW系统动态过程参数的内在联系.以焊接回路模型为主体,进行了短路过渡GMAW过程全系统的动态模型建立,并在此基础上讨论了焊接电流的变化影响到焊丝熔化速度的动态变化,并进一步影响到焊丝伸出长度和液桥高度的动态变化.

Abstract:Interdependence of parameters in the whole dynamic GMAW system with short circuit transfer was researched. Dynamic model of the whole GMAW system with short circuit transfer was built by expanding the sub-model about welding circuit of short - circuit transfer. Relationship between welding current and wire-melting rate was discussed, and the influence of wire - melting rate on wire extension and height of liquid bridge was analyzed as well.
