乳状液膜用表面活性剂的合成及其在液膜体系中的稳定性研究

摘    要:针对磷矿湿法浸取中的分离对象金属镁离子的分离和富集,以丙酰硫酸酯为磺化试剂,合成了磺化聚丁二烯阴离子表面活性剂SBT,并研究了温度、时间以及配比等因素对磺化度的影响。在磺化时间30min,磺化温度130℃,丙酰酐与浓硫酸物质的量比1:1.71的条件下,其磺化度最大为6.82%。在液膜稳定性比较中,表面活性剂SBT明显优于表面活性剂SPAN80和SPAN83。

Abstract:In order to separate and enrich magnesium ion in wet-process phosphoric acid,sulfonated polybutadiene anionic surfactant SBT is synthesized with propionylsulfate fatty as sulfonating agent.A series of condition are investigated involving effects of temperature,reaction time and component ratio on the degree of sulfonation.The degree of sulfonation reaches to 6.82% while the process is controlled under the reaction time 30 minutes,temperature 130℃,molar ratio of propionyl an- hydride to oil of vitriol 1:1.71.According to the comparison of liquid membrane stability,the sulfonated polybutadiene sur- factant SBT is prior to surfactant SPAN80 and SPAN83.
