摘    要:回顾146管铅列管型电除雾器的大修技术改造情况及其质量控制要求,总结投入生产后的效果。当电场气速增加时,即使设备的几何尺寸保持不变,仍可通过增加电场强度来保证除雾效率的稳定和提高。

Abstract:This paper reviews the maintenance and innovation of the lead shell and tube electric defroster with 146 pipes, as well as its quality control. Its effect in production is also summarized. When the air speed in electric field is increased, though the geometrical size of the equipment keeps unchanged, the stability and effectiveness can be achieved by intensifying its electric field.; Abstract : To protect the environment, decrease the production cost and improve the comprehensive economic benefit, residual heat with high temperature in the 20 kt/a sulphuric acid plant is used to produce steam with low pressure for evaporative crystallization of sodium sulphate. The residual heat with middle temperature in the second conversion zone is used to heat air for the drying of sodium sulphate. So the residual heat in the sulphuric acid plant is recovered, and the energy for the production of sodium sulphate is saved. ;
