摘    要:水位流量关系是水电站工程设计中关键性的基础工作。文章结合工程设计,从水能计算、枢纽消能防冲、确定机组安装高程、施工设计、推求河道水面线及对尾水疏挖等方面论述了水位流量关系对水电站工程设计的主要影响,说明水位流量关系对工程设计的重要性,并强调了控制水位流量关系设计的关键因素。

Abstract:The stage-discharge relationship is the key fundamental factor in the hydropower project design.In this paper, the major impacts on the hydropower project design by stage-discharge relationship are demonstrated, in combination of the engineering design, in terms of hydroenergy design, energy dissipation and scouring prevention, determination of unit installation elevation, construction design, calculation of water surface line of the river course, describing importance of the stage-discharge relationship to the engineering design and emphasizing on key factors of the control of the stage-discharge relationship as well.
