斜井反井钻导孔施工孔斜控制与纠偏技术

摘    要:水利水电地下工程中的斜井开挖,施工难度大、安全隐患突出,采用阿里玛克爬罐与反井钻机对向施工结合的方式进行导井的开挖施工是一种高效的施工方法,反井钻导孔钻孔孔斜的施工精度,是这种方案成功与否的控制关健。文章介绍了反井钻施工斜井导孔时偏斜原因、偏斜控制与纠偏措施。

Abstract:Excavation of the inclined shaft in hydropower projects features high difficulty and outstanding risk.Application of the combination of Alimak raising climber and converse drilling rig in opposite is one high-efficiency method for the pilot shaft excavation .But the inclination precision of the pilot hole drilled by the converse drilling rig is the key factor to the success of this scheme.Accordingly, inclination deviation, deviation control and correction in the construction of the pilot shaft in this paper are studied.
