黑龙江垦区典型国有农场场部空间形态研究

垦区是我国耕地规模最大的国有农场群,是中国重要的粮食生产基地,垦区的发展具有重大的战略意义,黑龙江垦区国有农场基础建设具有共性。垦区国有农场总结为工业集中型、基本型和园林式城镇三种类型,该文以建三江的三个典型农场为研究对象,分析农场布局特点、空间发展方向及土地利用比例,探寻空间发展共性。垦区国有农场发展虽然存在差异性,但在同一体制下分散形成的生产单位必然有共同之处。针对各农场分布特点、空间结构布局以及土地利用等展开深入的探索与研究。

Study on the Special Form of Typical National Farm Capitals in Heilongjiang Reclamation

Reclamation is the largest state-of-scale arable farm group which has an important grain productional base in China, there is a great strategic significance for the development of the reclamation area. Infrastructures in Heilongjiang Reclamation have many features in common. Reclamation could be divided into three basic types as state-owned farms for industrial centralized, fundamental form and garden-style, Three typical national farms were the object of study in this paper to analyze their layout structures, direction of special development and land using proportionate, and to explore the commonality of special development. Although there are many differences in the development of national farm in Heilongjiang Reclamation, the production units which dispersed formed under same system would have in commonality. At last,we also make deep study and exploration on national farms layout features, special structure and land use.
