上海城市交通供给政策效应分析及未来走向

对上海市自上世纪80年代开始加大道路建设缓解交通拥堵的效果与不足进行分析，指出这种解决方式未能长效缓解上海交通拥堵问题。通过目前的现状以及对未来的预测发现，仅靠新建或扩建道路的交通供给政策不足以解决上海的交通拥堵问题，应从供给、需求、空间三个方面的综合协调入手，寻找解决问题的新路。

In the conditions of the growing traffic jams in Shanghai, and thus affect the operational efficiency as well as the development of economic, since the 1980s Shanghai has increased the road constru- ction, to some extent it is effective to alleviate the traffic congestion, However, it is only temporary. Through the current status as well as predictions for the future, it is found that new or expanded roads alone will not enough to solve the traffic congestion, it needs to find a new way from three aspects of supply, demand and space.
