无机传热空气预热器在催柴加氢装置加热炉上的应用

摘    要:三联合车间催柴装置加热炉开工后,由于预热器堵塞,炉膛出现微正压现象,导致装置不能大处理量满负荷生产。采用无机传热空气预热器对余热回收系统改造后,效果显著,加热炉正压现象消除,热效率提高4%,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:After the start-up of catalytic diesel hydrotreating furnace,micro positive pressure phenomenon was observed in the furnace hearth due to the plugging in preheater,therefore the unit failed to be operated at full load.After using inorganic heat transfer air preheater to revamp the waste heat recovery system,the positive pressure phenomenon was eliminated and the heat efficiency was improved by 4%,meeting the design requirements.
