个体营养宣教对妊娠糖尿病患者妊娠结果的影响

目的：探讨个体营养宣教对妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者结局的影响。方法：选择确诊的GDM患者100例,其中孕期进行个体营养宣教的孕妇60例为研究组A;孕期未进行营养宣教的GDM孕妇40例为研究组B。随机抽取同期分娩并且血糖正常的孕妇500例为对照组,比较3组母婴并发症的发生率。结果：研究组B母婴并发症明显高于研究组A（P≤0.05）,研究组A与对照组母婴并发症比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：对妊娠糖尿病患者进行个体营养治疗宣教,可以显著降低分娩期母婴并发症的发生。

Influence of Individual Nutrition Education of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Pregnancy Outcome

【Objective】 To investagate the influence of individual nutrition education on the outcom of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).【Method】 A total of 100 cases of GDM were divided into group A and B,60 pregnant women in the group A accepted the individual nutrition education,and pregnancy period and 40 cases in the group B did not accept the individual nutrition education at the same time.A total of 500 pregnant women giving birth to a child at the corresponding time period were selected by random as control group,whose blood sugar was normal.The incidence of complication happening in the mother and baby between 3 groups was compared.【Result】 The incidence of complication happening in the mother and baby of group B was obviously high to the group A(P≤0.05).The incidence of complication of mother and baby were not significant difference between group A and control group(P>0.05).【Conclusion】 The individual nutrition education to the GDM could obviously reduce the complication of mother and baby during childbirth period.
