烷基芳基磺酸盐与功能性离子液体的协同作用对泡沫性能的影响

摘    要:通过测定烷基芳基磺酸盐水溶液的泡沫性能,研究了离子液体对烷基芳基磺酸盐泡沫性能的影响。实验结果表明,没有离子液体存在时,随烷基芳基磺酸盐的芳环上短碳链长度的增加,起泡能力增强、泡沫稳定性降低;加入离子液体后,随烷基芳基磺酸盐含量的增加,起泡性能增强,而泡沫稳定性却呈现出不同趋势,总体上加入Bmim]HCO3(Bmim:1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑)后泡沫稳定性降低,加入Bmim]BF4后泡沫稳定性增强;离子液体的阴离子半径大小对烷基芳基磺酸盐的泡沫性能有影响,阴离子半径越小,泡沫性能越好,反之泡沫性能变差。

Abstract:The effects of ionic liquids on the foaming properties of alkyl aryl sulfonate were studied by measuring the foaming properties.The experimental results showed that with the increase of the substituent number on the aromatic rings,the foaming properties were improved and the stability of the foaming lowered without functional ionic liquids.After the functional ionic liquids were added,with the concentration of alkyl aryl sulfonate increasing,the foaming properties were improved,but its stability showed different trends.When 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bicarbonate(HCO3) was added,the foaming stability lowered,and when 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(BF4) was added,the foaming stability was raised.With shortening of the radius of the anions in the ionic liquids,the foam properties of the surfactants became good.
