| 摘 要： | 阐述了插层结构功能材料以产品功能为导向的结构设计理论、以产品生产为导向的插层过程控制与插层组装方法学(包括共沉淀法、离子交换法、焙烧还原法、原位生长法、模板合成法、层层组装法及清洁生产工艺)以及产品性能与应用,针对化学产品工程的发展与需要,介绍了插层结构功能材料实现从分子尺度到过程尺度和产品应用跨越等产品工程研究的具体思路及关键科学问题。

| Abstract: | The structure design theories,intercalation process control and assembly methods(including co-precipitation,ion exchange,roasting recovery,in situ growth,template synthesis,assembly of layers and cleaner production process),product properties and applications of layered intercalated functional materials have been introduced in the light of product requirements.According to the development and demands of chemical product engineering,the research methods and key scientific problems for this kind of materials from molecular scale to process scale and further product application are also provided. |
