| 摘 要： | 加强基层党支部书记队伍建设，是“基层组织建设年”的重要内容。结合企业实际，采取调研、座谈、问卷等方式，分析基层兼职党支部兼职书记队伍现状、存在的问题和影响因素，提出对策，并就应注意的问题进行说明，对于加强企业基层兼职党支部书记队伍的建设具有指导性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | To strengthen construction of Party secretary team at root levels is important content of ＂Year of Construction of Root Level Organization＂. Combined with practice in enterprise, we took the form of investigation, talk, questionnaire, analyzed in detail the status and exiting problems in concurrent Party secretary team at root levels, influencing factors, presented policy and illustrated problems to be focused. This paper is instructive and operational for strengthening construction of concurrent Party secretary team at root levels. |
