Application of BLZ-5 corrosion Inhibitor in Diesel Hydrotreating Unit

Now the feedstock of diesel hydrotreating unit is becoming increasingly heavier and increased amount of coker diesel is blended into feed of diesel hydrotreating unit. As the coker diesel contains higher percentage of impurities and dust particles, the HP heat exchangers and reactor bed are subject to coking. The coking in heat exchangers will seriously affect the heat exchange efficiency of the feed, and even lead to unscheduled unit shutdown when it becomes serious. The injection of fouling inhibitor into the feed can effectively control the feed fouling and underdeposit corrosion.
