| 摘 要： | 通过对国内24所干部教育培训机构的网络调查和对7所干部教育培训机构的走访,从学习资源业务归属、教学软件资源建设与开发、教学设备及教学传播环境、教学资源型环境等方面,分析目前干部教育培训机构学习资源建设现状,提出存在的问题与建议,以期对干部教育培训机构学习资源的建设和利用有所借鉴与帮助。

| Abstract: | We investigated learning resources of cadre education and training institutions at home, among which, 24 through network, 7 by visiting. We analyzed construction status of learning resources of cadre education and training institutions in terms of business belongings of study resources, construction and development of teaching software resources, teaching equipment and transmission environment, and teaching resources type; we presented existing problems and suggestions hoping helpful for construction and usage of learning resources of cadre education and train- ing institutions. |
