| 摘 要： | 结合中国石化的培训实践,对培训者的含义进行界定。根据培训者的岗位类型,分析了培训处长、培训中心主任、培训管理骨干、专职教师和兼职教师的岗位职责及任职条件,设计基于岗位职责的培训课程。介绍行动学习法在培训者培训中的应用及培训方法。
