| Abstract: | Application of humanistic concern to ideological and political work of enterprise staff outstandingly embodies going with time and innovation of ideological and political work. Application of humanistic concern spirit and method to ideological and political work can richen working method, result in various working channels and more effective, which is not only booster and fuel additives of staff ideological and political work, but also effective approach to construction of harmonious state - owned enterprise and transfer of political superiority into core competition of the enterprise. |
